How fast do you pay?
Most payments are sent within 24 hours after your device is received and inspected. Payment timing may vary depending on the payment method selected. We currently offer PayPal, Zelle, Amazon Gift Card, and Paper Check.
What if my quote is reduced after inspection?
We send a revised offer with photos and notes. You can accept it, or we ship the device back to you free of charge — no obligation.
Do you buy devices with cracked screens or damage?
Yes. Pick a lower condition during quote and we will quote accordingly. Damaged devices still pay good money.
How do you protect my data?
We securely wipe every device before resale. For extra peace of mind, we still recommend removing your personal data and performing a factory reset before shipping your device.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We provide a free prepaid USPS shipping label for your device. Simply package your device securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS Post Office or participating UPS Store location that accepts USPS packages. We recommend asking for a drop-off receipt showing the package was scanned so you have proof of shipment and the tracking number for your records.
